REGISTRATION FOR THIS EVENT IS 2 PARTS--

                                  $200 payable to ICYF &
                                  $490 payable to KC Region.
Total Registration= $690 (with early bird)

1) ICYF Registration- Please register yourself and make payments to Chapman. Forms and instructions can be found at www.icyfchapman.org
Register now for the discounted fee of $200. Cost includes food, lodging, and all assembly events.

 2) GKC Registration–  An organizational/information meeting for participants will be scheduled.

Cost- $490 and includes airfare, Disneyland, Sunday hotel, and ground transportation. The cost does not include extra food or souvenirs.

Forms– Complete the GKC medical, parental consent, and covenant. Note: the medical form must be notarized.

Space is limited. Register today.

Non-refundable $200 deposit due by April 15. Total payment due by June 1.
