PART TIME COOK.

Reports to Tall Oaks Food Service Director/Chef

Duties
a.
Preparing main entrees’
b.
Preparing Salad Bar Items
c.
Keeping the buffet line serviced.
d.
Cleanup of kitchen/cooking items.
e.
Assist with dishwashing.
f.
Assist with table setup
g.
Assist with cleanup of kitchen and dining room facilities
h.
Assist with cleanup of porch & restroom areas.
i.
Storage and inventory of food items.
j.
Other duties as assigned by the T.O. F.S. Director
IV.
Work Schedule information:
a.
Weekly hours projected
i.
Fall/Winter 16-24 hours.
ii.
Spring possibly 16-30 hours
iii.
Summer possibly 30-40 hours
b.
Tall Oaks is open 7 days per weeks, so could be scheduled any
of the seven.
c.
Shifts: Tall Oaks basically works a 2 shift per day schedule
with all times variable.
i.
Morning Breakfast/Lunch shift Appox 6-6:30am to 2pm.
ii.
Afternoon/evening Dinner shift Appox. 2pm to 8pm.

Benefits
a.
Cash Salary: Negotiable commiserate with skills and
experience. Negotiation begins at, at least $8.00 per hour.
b.
Meals when on duty.
