Eighter's Camp follows the Just Say Know Curriculum.
Just Say Know Ministry's mission is to provide faith-based comprehensive human sexuality and relationship education through curriculum, workshops, seminars, camps, and training programs.
Our purpose is to:

enable participants of all ages to make good decisions for their lives.

to enhance communication between child and parent/caregiver.

to strengthen marriage and lifelong loving, committed relationships.

to enrich understanding of God's precious gift of sexual intimacy.

Director, Keynoters & Chaplin
Hello! My name is Anna Godsey and I have spent many summers counseling, and now directing Eighters camp. This will be my third summer directing and I couldn’t be more excited!
I am currently the secretary on the Tall Oaks board, adult sponsor on RYC, and DOC regional board lay member. I enjoy spending time with and giving space for the youngest leaders in our region. Tall Oaks holds a large piece of my heart, as I attended Tall Oaks camps growing up. Eighters Camp was my favorite camp as a youth and is my favorite camp to be a part of now. I hope to help mold the minds and give them a safe space to explore spirituality and sexuality and how they can be intertwined.
Connecting soon-to-be 9th graders to the knowledge they learn at Eighters and connecting them closer to their faith journey, is why I continue to love being part of this camp. I can’t wait to see all the fun we have during Eighters 2025!

Camp Background
"Created To Be Me" is a tightly designed ecumenical camping program focused on spirituality and sexuality. It is presented by Just Say Know trained Keynote/Workshop Leaders under the governance of the Board of Directors of Just Say Know Ministry. Maintaining the integrity of this program has been essential in ensuring a consistent experience year-to-year and place-to-place. In 2013, JSK conducted nine summer camps across the nation.

Camp Purpose
To provide soon-to-be ninth grade youth with factual and spiritual sexuality education that will help them view sexual intimacy as a gift from God intended for loving lifelong committed relationship.
To enlighten youth to the dangers, risks, and consequences that can occur when God's gift of sexual intimacy is used outside of marriage.
