Clean/Replace Carpet due to stains throughout cottage.

Clean external culverts due to clogging and lack of adequate drainage.

Correct hot/cold shower handles as all are reversed.

Replace shower head in non-handicap shower.

Install additional lighting on patio/deck.

Investigate HVAC system.

Investigate Lennox furnace.

Investigate/Replace windows on the front of the building.

Investigate/Repair French drains outside emergency shelter due to clogging.

Purchase large coffee maker for large groups.

Purchase portable cooler in dining room for milk/juice at meals.

Repair loose window in back door.

Repair and paint wall in laundry room.

Repair holes in foundation of the basement. (Below Budd Park Room)

Repair/Paint siding and trim.

Repair/Replace roof due to leaking.

Trim living/remove dead trees/branches.

Update/Replace kitchen appliances. (e.i. fridge not getting cold enough.)
