Each year Tall Oaks hires a crew to provide outdoor education through a variety of programming to our camps and assist in keeping our busy summer season and all year running smoothly. It is our intent to provide a meaningful, outdoor/indoor work experience. We are looking for service oriented individuals with a positive, friendly, and enthusiastic attitude who have a passion for the outdoors and interacting with all ages from diverse backgrounds and with varying degrees of physical ability.
Successful applicants will be trained in ALL of the following youth development and education programming areas ( life guarding, challenge course & archery instruction, food service, maintenance, housekeeping, and customer service) but may be assigned primarily to an area where they exhibit the most skill and knowledge.
Lifeguard applicants must have current certification of American Red Cross Training and First Aid. Click here for the Lifeguard position description.
