Greater Kansas City Christian Church Disciples of Christ Camps
The mission of the Camp and Conference program of the Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) of Greater Kansas City is to provide opportunities for spiritual nourishment and growth for the children, youth, and adults of the region.
Recognizing that Christ is the visible image of the invisible God, all programs are designed to provide the participants with an experience of Christian community, where the Word of God is revealed through worship, study, music, and fellowship.
Hosted at the Tall Oaks Camp & Conference Center, our campers experience God in nature through outdoor games and activities, the pool, hiking trails, a low-ropes course, archery, fishing, and more!
DAY CAMP
Dates: June 25 and July 19
Age: 5 - 8 years
Day Camp is a one-day camp experience for children. The children will experience creation, worship, games, art, archery, hayride, and friendships all in the great outdoors.
PRIMARY
Dates: July 14 - 16
Age: 2nd and 3rd grade
Program which includes spiritual development, fun activities, service, and mission.
JUNIOR
Dates: June 26 - 29
Age: 4th and 5th grade
Program which includes spiritual development, fun activities, service, and mission.

EIGHTERS

Just Say Know program -
To provide soon-to-be ninth grade youth with factual and spiritual sexuality education that will help them view sexual intimacy as a gift from God intended for loving lifelong committed relationship.

An intergenerational camp for those past high school.

Ages: Grandparents and their young grandchildren.
